The House of Lords is discussing and voting on the government's NHS plans. Soon, members of the House of Lords will be talking about introducing more competition to the NHS.
Earlier in the year thousands of 38 Degrees members chipped in to fund legal advice to look into issues around "competition and procurement". Our independent legal team found a number of worrying things included in Andrew Lansley's NHS plans.
